動態活動記錄（我想也包括運動之類的）最困難的其中一點是活動是持續不斷地進行，拍攝的強度跟密度是一般紀錄的數倍。善用但不是濫用連拍，觀察整體和個人的動作加以預測最好的畫面，再加上一點運氣才能讓畫面完美呈現。

One of the most difficult part to photograph motional events (Sports Photography included ) is that the activity
is conducted continuously, shooting density is several times then usual events. Make good use but not abuse the burst shots, observed overall and individual action to predict the best moment, then a little luck to make the picture perfect.
